Default nitrous + power programmer

ok...this is gonna sound dumb to some....
i know i was told by a few peps not to spray while i have my truck programmed with the power programmer and i havent...yet. but i am goin to a cruise tonight and might have to spray on a ricer or two. but i am unable to deprogram my truck bc my programmer is sent off to superchips for a reflash. so, my question is, should/can i spray with it programmed? are we talkin detonation as soon as i spray? please advise asap

no...it does nt have the tri-tune fuel options. its model number 2285 from 2001. only has one program and says nothing about 87, 91 or 93 tuning

just run good gas if you hear it detonate let off the juice right away. your only runing a 100 shot so you should be fine. just make sure you listen for detonation. what plugs are you ruinnng? and what thermostat?
