It can happen when you switch cams. I have a semi-noisy valve train. Trust me it is false knock and I also have a 99 pcm which sucks for timing. I have less tourqe management than later years. Basically the 99 tune really sucks. One day I will have edit but I am waiting for Tuner Cat to come out also to see what the price is.

#1 I ran it about 1/2 hour to get the seafoam out. Shut it down and reset the computer.
#2 The computer was calling for 24 degrees but I only got 17 with the 7 degrees of KR
#3 I always got 7 degrees
#4 Any rpm at full throttle. On interstate driving I would get 1 to 2 degrees on a hill climb in OD. Full throttle and bam 7 degrees KR
#5 I have a little more valve train noise than stock. I do not have the cold start knock.
#6 About five minutes. Tony has the factory plugs on the wires coming out of the box.
