Nineball, I got it!!!!!!!!!!!
Got the sucker today. It was postmarked the 3rd of Jan. Check your hotmail by the way. Going to put it on now. Wont know the results for a couple of days till the salt on the road clears up. She is in hibernation now. Thanks again.

Well I took it out last night. 0 retard at full throttle. Before I hooked it up though I sea foamed the engine and reset the computer. I was able to get 24 degrees at full throttle with no knock retard. Sum bitch runs llike a scalded ape now. I did not know how much power I was missing until now. Bring on the hemi ram. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

Hmmm. Now thats good info. Here come the questions:
Did you run it just before you put the KO box on (if not when was the last time)?
What was your "typical" timing before the KO box?
How many *s of KR would you normally see?
Were any rpms worse for KR than others?
Does your motor have any knocking / tapping noises at idle (not just cold start knock)?
How long was the install?
I should have mine either today or tomorrow. I'll post before and after results when I get it installed.

Glad it is working out for you! I don't have one on my truck since its slooow, but I keep one on my Formula.
I took alot of photos of the assembly of the KO-Box and plan on writing an LS1Tech "how-to" on it within a couple weeks. Then I'll post it so others can build their own. I'll probably still make a few for people that would rather not hassle with buying all the parts and tools, etc.. though. I only make about $20 for each one I build, so its definitely not a "get rich quick" item. lol

I am running 31* timing at WOT with no knock, why would u be getting knock. If it is false knock there is nothing to worry about, but if u are getiing 7* of KR from real knock it will take its toll on your truck. On my turbo buick 6* scares me.
