Default next step is the cam, need some help

well i sorta got 2 cams picked out. not sure what would be good for spraying in the future.
216/220 .525/.532 114
220/224 .530/.534 112

what size rods would i need for these cams?
would i be able to put 1.85 rockers on there also in the future?
i know about springs, timing chain, headbolts needing to be replaced but what else?

where is a good place to get a good gasket kit?

links and part numbers would be a great help

Thanks
