Truck has lq9, 4l80 with a 4k stall ,p&p .30 milled 862s and a tbss intake .
Would really like to get in the low 12s, has 3.42s right now looking to upgrade gears, I'm not exactly sure what ratio yet. Also thoughts on what cam I should look at? I want it to lope good .should I just go custom? 3/4 pull from 20 on the link enjoy

So the engine has a stock cam in it now?? IMO I would get some worked 243's and lose the 862's. 410's out the back for sure.. Unless them heads have had bigger valves installed, they are prob choking that thing down..

Cam, gears, and headers/exhaust(if you don't already have them). May still need a small shot. I have no idea how heavy your truck is.

I'd PM Pat G and have him spec you a cam but I would think somewhere around a 222/226 or a little bigger since you're running a 4k converter would be nice in your 6.0
