Default Newbie Needs Intake Advice

I have an '06 5.3 Chevy truck motor and 4L60E that I'm swapping into my '64 Nova. Now that it's all resting comfortably in the car, I would like to clean up the looks of the engine bay by swapping out the truck intake, and I'm wondering what my options are.

I would like to maintain the 'drive by wire' and would like to retain as much of the stock pieces as I can, but at the same time I need to know what else will need to be changed. I haven't ordered up a harness, and the computer hasn't been tweaked yet, so I should have some flexibility with changes.

I'm not looking for huge horsepower yet - just want to get it running and put some miles on it before I start looking for power gains.

Any advice and specs would be greatly appreciated, this is the first LS based motor I've worked with.

Thanks, Brian.
