ahhhhh exactly what Im looking for, where can I get the cam? and how much? does the cams normally include matching springs? Also of course what kind of power gain can I exspect from that?

So for a none tuned 5.3l with just CAI and catback exhaust would this cam be something to do? or would a tune and a tranny be the first????

Here is a link to TSP cam kit; it comes with cam/springs/pushrods.
Its the setup im running with the 220/220

You are going to have to get a tune once the cam is in or it will just run like **** and die on you constantly. (Trust me, I drove mine for a week before I could get it tuned)
Anything bigger than a 212/218 your gonna need a stall, im running a yank 3000

i believe bluecajun is running the TR220 112lsa... you can find it in thunderracing website..... dont know if TR does cam packages like TSP? TSP has a good package deal like mentioned above... and yes a tune is required!

for turbo/superchargers you want to stay over 114LSA, for nitrous they say the 114lsa aswell, but I know quite a few of us that has proven that wrong with a 112lsa, and some with a 110LSA, which will be my next cam on a 110lsa!
