Default New Track Times

Mountian Park Dragway
Clay City KY.
Old Best 14.54 @ 91 mph
Several runs. Liked 13.8's. Worst was a 14.0. New best 13.67 @ 98,60 ft 2.02

Cam, shiftkit, 3 degrees additional WOT timing and all TM removed are the changes from last best. Get a small stall verter and I'm done modding for a while. Time to tune, tune, tune. Can't get over how many guys hunted me down in the pits asking "What the hell you done to that truck?"

Yer in the 13 sec club! Congrats Ky....awesome. A nice little stall should net you a couple of tenths so you should get under a 13.5 no problem.

Interesting you should ask. Posted here on recommendations. NakedAV put me on it. I was looking at several similar. Didn't want anything wild. Good idle, lowend torque was key. It was very similar to other cams I was looking at. The 4 degress advance ground in was the seller.

Guess my new numbers speak to its performance. Shiftkit, TM and tuning worth .3 to .4 tenths. That leaves .5 to .6 for the cam. It pulls like a **** right off idle to 6K. Definately felt the difference immediatley after the install.

Hey NakedAV, I noticed just the other day that even though I ordered the exact spec'd cam you once posted the spec's on my cam were just a little different when it arrived.

Yep, every one is slightly different.

Gotta love that torque out of the hole, eh?

Thanks. Feels good. I'll be content with 13.5's for awhile Small stall and some lowend tuning for it should pull down my 60' times another .1 or so then BlownChevy won't be ribbing me about them. Think I can still manage to keep a truck if I go with the right stall rpm. Thinking 2400 brake stall to get in the boost a bit more so long as it doesn't flash badly. Definately going with PI.
