Default new times with cam, stall, tune

first i'd like to say thanks to allen at nelson performance for this badass tune i finally have my truck running where i want it to. i was running 14.35@94 and getting 20mpg on the highway back in may. since then i've added tr220, sf3000, and nelson tune. in the city it doesn't get **** for gas b/c of the stall but i just took a trip home in louisiana and i couldn't believe it but i'm still getting 20mpg on the highway with the a/c. also i just took it to the track yesterday. the temp was 85* and close to 100* humidity. here's my best time...

r/t .066
60' 1.882
330 5.471
1/8 8.486
mph 80.82
1000 11.140
1/4 13.405
mph 99.30

i was only able to stall between 1500 and 2000 b/c of poor track prep. anything more than that i would spin. also running street et's at 11psi. i was manual shifting around 6500 and crossing the traps between 5600 and 5700 in third. i'm going to try to get a retune soon b/c i only have 60* of tq management taken away. i'm hoping to run some 12.90's when the weather get's cold. what yall think? thanks fellas... lance

AWESOME TIMES MAN. I WAS GUESSING 13.7. BUT YOU SUPRISED ME, AND ONLY STALLING TO 2000, YOU SHOULD EASILY BE IN THE 13 FLAT TO 12.9 RANGE IN ABOUT 55 DEGREE WEATHER WITH GOOD TRACTION. MAN I HOPE I CAN JUST GET INTO THE 13s WHEN I GET MY CAM, LS1 FANS, 160 THERMO, AND A LITTLE COOLER TEMPS. BY THE WAY DO YOU HAVE ANY SOUND CLIPS OF THAT CAM, AND WHAT ARE THE EXACT SPECS ON IT IF YOU DONT MIND ME ASKING? CUZ I AM GETTING ONE THIS WEEK AND I THINK IT WILL BE 220/220 551/551 112LSA AND I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR WHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE.
THANKS.

Your Trap speeds show all of your HP, and it's pretty healthy as it is. But to drop another .5 sec seems a bit much and almost unrealistic. But another .2-.3 sec off is reasonable if you can hook up.

I'm with unredeemed on this one. I don't think your MPH will support 12s and I doubt you have enough TQ to get into the 1.7 60' range which is what will be needed to get you into the 12s and not tickling them.

Awesome times nonetheless man!!

well not to argue or anything but i do think it is possible that he could get there in really good weather like 50 degrees. for one thing he was only stalling to 2000, with another 1000 rpms stall i think that will greatly reduce his sixty ft. cuz when i would stall mine at 2000 it would pull 2.21 and then when i stalled to right at 3000 i pulled a 2.14. and with that cam i think it would be a more noticeable gain for him. when i ran my truck in 55 degree weather, i got a best of 15.05, then with it 82 degrees i ran a best of 15.40, and i had actually added the shift kit and removed all tq in between these runs. i have seen on many occasions that a 30 degree temp change yields about .4 tenths in the 1/4. so i guess we'll just see! i hope you get it man!!
