thanks for the replies guys.

rgvsierra: sorry i've never put it on the dyno even though i have the itch to do it.
kboboz71: the cam is thunder racing 220/220 .551/.551 112lsa. sorry i don't have any sound clips. i'm still running stock catback, hooker aerochamber muffler in place of the stock one, and stock tail pipe. it has a nice healthy lope to it that is noticeable even through the single exaust. also what i like about is you can't hardly hear it on the highway unless i'm accelerating.
f8l: i'm sure with cooler weather and better track prep i can acheive some 1.7's. the track wasn't hooking for ****. on the launch it would squat, hit the bumpstops, come back up, and finnally squat back down going down the track. i'm sure that's hurting my 60' performance none the less.

i'm still running my stock intake tube and i'm sure my mods could benefit from a smooth intake tube, underdrive pully, tb bypass, ported throttle body, and maybe even open up the exaust to some true duals to help out my top end.
anyways i can't wait till it get's cold here in virginia and hopefully i can break into the 12's. thanks again for the comments guys. later.... lance

the cam was $360, springs $115, gaskets $40. and did all the work myself. i've supprise a coulple of gt's, lightings and harlydavidson's already. from a roll that is. i can't get traction for **** even with my 20's.

well i do believe he will hit a high 12 with the set up and cold weather, hell i have gone from 14.7 last year in the heat to 14.03 in cold weather, but as you get lower e/t's it gets harder to knock off the times but i still have faith lol, good luck and very good times.

Congrats!

Do you have to do emmisions testing in your part of VA? If so, do you think you will pass?
