new times

hey whats up everyone, i got new times for ya'll, well its not really my truck its my friends truck. he has a 1999 chevy Z-71 rcsb the truck has a 6.0 (LQ9), 4l60e tranny with shift kit, hedman short tube headers, single in & out flowmaster, HPP3, TB spacer, efans, K&N filter, stock G80 with stock 373 gears, and major power adder NOS 175 wet shot.
these are the current times
14.7@ 91 mph without nos
20.8@ 38 mph(LOL) with nos, filter got out of the throttle body thats why
13.4@ 100 mph with 175 wet shot nos

are the times ok for a Z-71?????

Those times are just fine for a Z71. He must not be spraying from the start, or those times would be lower. With that much nitrous, he could drop another second by hitting the spray off the starting line and running in 4HI.

I was there last night (Edinburg International Racetrack) and saw the Z71 run. I tought that on the secound run he had broken something. Nice times. Fastest ls1 style truck runing that night.
