Got some new times, but at the cost of a now-slipping tranny. Guess that it's time for a 4L80E:
60'-------2.306
330'------6.057
1/8-------9.091
MPH------81.08
1000'-----11.697
1/4-------13.917
MPH------100.99
I think that some low 13's are in my future when the 4L80E, converter and gears get done. I'm sooooo stoked!!!!

3.42's for now. If I go with the 4L80E, I'll get the 4.10s to compensate for the 2.49 1st gear.
The truck wasn't really spinning...but I had to launch REAL EASY or it would spin. I just can't wait to get the drivetrain in line with the motor.

Oh, judging from the 2.30 60' time I thought it was spinning. But if you say you babied it out of the whole that would explain it. They say that every tenth you pick up in the 60' is worth 2 overall, so if you could get that down to like a 2.1 or even a 2.0 were talkin' 13.50's are definately a possibility! I might have to put the 6.0 plan on the curb and try and get me a LS1.

How did you launch?
