They say that every tenth you pick up in the 60' is worth 2 overall, so if you could get that down to like a 2.1 or even a 2.0 were talkin' 13.50's are definately a possibility! I might have to put the 6.0 plan on the curb and try and get me a LS1.
knowin you could possibly already be in the mid 13's.

To answer some of the questions:
1) This was on the 4.8 tune. We added the HO tables from a stock LS1 (which is like 5* more overall) and the truck didn't pick up much at all. For all intents and purposes, this was on the 4.8 tune.
2) I was on the 20s, and I also have the stock 3.42 open rear.
3) I plan on spraying the motor later this year, but my goal is to get into the 12s N/A. I think that gears/converter/tires/headers might get me really close. If I could pull some 1.8-1.9 short times, I could almost get there with the truck as it sits. I think.

100 mph in the 1/4, N/A without tuning. That had to feel good!
