I am extremely curious to see the gains you get. You have very sikmilar mods to my setup, sans the 80e and nitrous.

How hard was it to set up the rails for the return fuel system?

I just cut the tab that the fuel hard line hold to the rail and bent the inlet pipe out and up a little and tig'd a spacer i bent and that was it then i just got me a 2004 corvette fuel filter and put on the end of it now im just gonna hook my existing line to that filter it is internally regulated at 58lbs.

be careful on the fuel lines, I did mine like that and changed it up bc they looked like they were kinked. Doing it like the pic pushes the fuel lines too far back. I ended up getting some quick connect ends and some Fi hose and making a loop from the out of the filter to the fuel rail.

I would look for some 42lbs injectors. The flex ones will be at the edge.

yes they bolt right up. I found that out also but I had bent mine to the side and it seems to be pretty good they were kinked at first we will see when I get the trans back where did you get those quick disconnect ends from ?

autoparts store, gm quick connect fuel ends. they are usually hanging with the sections of fuel line. There is a GM part but it cost $60+
I used FI hose, expensive! but onlty need a little
I double clamped it using FI stainless hose clamps.
I used a female on the rails and a male at the filter.

I have also heard that you should add an engine cover to hide said filter ontop of mainfold so you can get thru tech b/c they will bitch if they see it just sitting there.
