Default New to NOS

I am in the process of getting the nos for my pickup. It is a Nitrous Works wet kit(25-100hp) that I purchased from Daniel's02GMC. I wont have it till next week probably but I have a few questions. My truck is a 99 extended cab,K&N FIPK,BBK 80mm TB and TB spacer, gibson headers,Hpp3,and magnaflow muffler. I have Stock plugs and wires and about 75k miles. So here are the questions:
1.Should I spray through gears or shut off during shifts?
2.Where is the best place to spray through?(intake tube or spacer)
3.I've heard I need to UNINSTALL my hpp3 TUNE only?
4.Can I get away without using all that stuff to monitor a\f ratio?

I may have many more questions but that is all I can think of right now!
The nos wont be used very often, so I dont wanna go too crazy.

Thanx in advance,
Rufino

I'll answer with you are new to NITROUS.
