132 rwhp is like sticking an extra honda motor in there. It may not be the 168hp experienced on the 4.8, but 132 to the GROUND is a lot of power to bolt on. I would certanly be impressed if I got that with their supercharger.

Should be running by tomorrow. The kit is very nice and very complete with all components supplied. They are using an even larger compressor on the new Radix system versus the original side mount non-intercooled system. I believe its 112 ci vs. 90 ci on the side mount system. I just got my wife a 02 suburban. I think it is the 5.3. I am going to ask a very stupid question here..........whats would this do to the warranty? Please keep flames to a small brush fire. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" />

The truck you guys are talking about is the Budnick truck I believe, and if it is, it is a 99. Maybe that is the reason, since the 99's don't put down as great of numbers ect.

The dealer isn't supposed to deny warranty coverage unless something you do to the vehicle actually causes the problem. Granted there could still be an issue because some techs are only trained to "put a puzzle together" so they only know how to work on a vehicle as it came from GM. Some mods would also add more time to a warranty repair. Some dealers may just charge for the extra time.

MagnaCharger has a warranty available that will cover the engine/transmission for a period of 3 years/36,000 miles. This is done through an outside insurance agency.
