New intake on the market.

Be advised Kenne Bell uses this similiar set up on there SC.
A couple months ago in hot rod they should a sc install and it had a plate with a turn down similiar to this for the filter kit although it was Kenne Bell's version.
This kit could be homemade easily even with polished stainless pipe prolly alot cheaper.
The thought of painted steel tubing doesn't sit well.
My ram air works just fine

I don't see how that intake will yield 25rwhp! Cam swaps get you those gains. Hell its not like the intake on our trucks is similar to the C5 ones...those have seriously a 2"x2" intake hole!
Ours are far more efficient...they have two decently sized slits on the sides.
Ah well, someone with a stock intake on this board and buy this and try it! lol

Yeah, I'm also pretty skeptical about those power increases. For the most part, dyno's don't give accurate ram air power increases. It's kind of hard to duplicate what a cold air induction/ ram air setup can do when you're truck isn't moving.

I wish they made a metal piece from MAF to throttle body(like the FIPK,but metal), cause I would pay the whole thing just for that to work with my setup w/o elec fans
