Default new guy w/ a couple questions

hey yall,
new guy here, have a few questions about my truck.
ive got a small (100hp) dry shot of nitrous on my '00 chevy 5.3, RCSB 2wd. pretty much stock except for exhaust, full 2.5" duals, 2 chamber flowmasters, no cats. factory 3.42 gear w/ locker diff.
had the nitrous on it for over a year now, other than an occasional trans slippage issue, is there anything i should really be worried about?? it ran 15.4 at 90 mph w/ nothing but a cat-back exhaust system.
the main thing im concerned about is the fuel system being able to keep up. no problems as of yet, but havnt made a full 1/4 pass on the gas either.
this is a whole 'nother ballgame compared to my 'cuda.
im planning a trans rebuild soon anyway.
just wondering if any of you have had any problems w/ a similar setup? oh, and just a ballpark, whats a 100 shot worth in the 1/4 on these trucks? im guessing maybe 8 tenths?
preciate it CHIP

You should be fine with your fuel system BlackIced shoots a 100 dry shot and hasnt had any problems. You should be in the low 14's with the nitrous. I wouldnt hit it outta the hole you will have bad enough tractions problems as it is. And if you do plan on using the nitrous alot you had better beef up the tranny before it takes a major dump on you. It sucks and Im talking from personal experience. Just got through spending 3 grand on my tranny.

Pray your MAF doesn't freeze and cause you to go lean. I might know something about that. Also, are you on the button, WOT, or window switch? Careful not to spray on a slipped shift, or you may shatter a thing or two.

thanks for the replies fellas.
the nitrous is on a button, ive got experience w/ nitrous, but on carbureted applications. im used to a plate sittin under a dominator

ok, now you've got me worried about the MAF freezing and going lean so should i put the nozzle downstream from the MAF?

to me the truck is just a fun way to get to work, haha, not gettin serious w/ it. just dont want to hurt it trying to see what itll do. CHIP
