I have an SMC Alky kit, we made one pull with it on to see what it would do. Damn thing didnt work Gotta find out whats wrong with it. It's been sitting up for about 2 years, so who knows, pump may be screwed up or somthing. I was real interested in seeing what it would do with the alky. Gonna have to wait and see that at another time. Allan said the Whipple is holding me back, I'm allready overspinning the hell out of it to make 10pounds.
I'm ready for some cool weather, cant wait to see how it feels then. Damn heat just sucks

Dam strong numbers considering it has a whipple on it.The cam is mild, sounds like the heads didnt get maxed.Wondering if you could have pulled the whipple belt off for a N/A dyno number?

Thanks.
Yep the cam isnt real big, Allan did that because of the Whipple too. I had very poor results with the last engine running a bigger cam.
I've never run it without the belt, dont even know if it will run that way. May not be able to pull enough air past the Whipple to run very well.

You could probably relocate the TB back to the stock position for a bit, but the tune would still be way off.

Awesome #s! Why that size cam? Are you planning on going bigger later on?

I remember an artical that a belt was removed for testing,it could have been a different kind of SC.So know your doing before you try it.
