2006 Dodge charger
A friend at work just bought a new charger, how fast are they? can I take him?
He plans on putting a chip, intake and exhaust, he also said he wants to put 22's on it, that would help me.

What a moron, with the 22's, he will have just counteracted any performance he gave himself with chip, intake and exhaust. Convince him to get the wheels and tell them how good they'll look. After he installs the wheels then blow his *** away. Shouldn't even be a race.

He's not counteracting anything, he's basically putting himself back to where he was at stock

Ya you should beat him, I had a salesman from the local dealership try racing me in one. ( I know him ) we were doing about 45 when we got on it and I had no problem pulling on him. Race him.....
