Default New build help

So I’m in need of some advice. First time doing a turbo build and I’m wanting to do it right the first time. I have a 05 gmc with a 5.3 lm7 single cab stepside. My goal is 600-650 rwhp on e85. This will be more of a street truck thank a track truck. What I have already is a trick performance stage 3 turbo kit with their 7675 turbo.

What I was thinking about going with is a 4l80e tranny with a ??? Stall converter.

Deka 80# injectors

What would be a good fuel pump for stock fuel system?

What would be a good cam choice?

I’m assuming I would need to go with ls9 head gaskets and arp hardware.

Any advice is appreciated thanks.

first you need to find out what size turbo you want to run, then a cam for what you want (custom cams are easy to get). then you can figure out what stall you will need to fit that cam profile. fuel pumps are easy, dual255',340. go with a single 450. and you will need a returnless setup so you can run a boost refrenced regulator. I don't know if you have a return set up or not for that year.

if you have a 60E right now might as well get an 80E with a shift kit an be good.

Get better injectors, no cheap deka's. Fuel injector clinic, deatchwerks and fuel injector connection all sell good injectors with data provided for tuning. You should also use an injector calculator to see how large you need to go for running E85.
