Nice trucks, great motor. I don't have any first hand info on them though.

i have to agree with Tex on this, I think it is a real nice truck and will respond great to little bolt on mods like a radix.

I saw one at the GMC dealer here last week when scoping out some info on the '05 Dmax trucks. Had some badge on the door stating the HO...

Wrong for Radix, just right for heads / cam and nitrous.

I test drove one the other day. Pretty peppy. I never really got a chance to floor it anywhere (and the one place I did, there was some gravel so it started to drift on me). I think the factory 20s look pretty slick and the 6.0 is definately nice to have in a light duty. The only flaw that I could see with it, is that you can only get it in an ext. cab (which is nice, don't get me wrong, I just don't like to be packing all that extra weight when I don't need it). I thought these were reg cabs?? The SS is the ext cab right?? It sure would be nice if they would drop an LQ4 in there instead.

They are all extended cabs. Those of you in Houston, there is a pewter one and a black one at Landmark Chevrolet. They have factory 20s on them and just a badge on the door that says:

VORTEC
High Output

other than that, you wouldn't notice anything different about them. The details are on the window sticker.

This information is incorrect. I have personally sat in a single cab HO 6.0 1.2 ton. I agree about the wheels. it looked great.
