need tuning for a 99 truck with a whipple

Does anyone know of a place in California that can do good
tuning on a 99 Silverado with a Whipple supercharger?

There is a place in AZ called prodyno. You need to check out there web site www.prodyno.com . This might not help you out but it seemed like you were open to anything!

Check www.forcefedperformance.com They are in Yuba City.... i know they do dyno tuning on F-bod's.
