Weight plays a BIG factor. Stock input/output shafts have feed holes too large and limits power. Steel shaft into aluminum drums and reaction shell is a very poor design. Too low of fluid flow to th 3-4 pack under higher torque loads. Ummm... stuff like that. Slow soft shifts create heat... Crap rebuilds...
