make sure it is a strap without a tow hook on it. i saw one snap a month ago and shatter the passenger side mirror on a ZR2. he was lucky that it didn't get the rear window

You may think he is at a huge disadvantage because of his power and tow rating, but trust me, when he puts his truck into 4lo and you cant you will be suprised, im not saying who will win, but dont underestimate him. His low range is probably around 2.75:1. That probably puts him at more torque to the wheels than you, so be ready

 

Be ready for what? Don't even bother with a tug of war with that ghetto toyota. 3VZ-FE V6s are pretty gutless and have head gaskets that leak like sives ask him if hes had a V06 head gasket campaign done. I wouldn't use chain or rope, a tow strap is best suited and I would wrap it around his frame rail not the bumper hitch, then again I have seen that body style yota with rusted through frame rails.....
