Need to quiet down MBRP, headers, ORY
I have a 2010 Sierra LC9 with ceramic coated LTs, ceramic coated ORY with no cats, and a MBRP catback. It was basically perfect before with just the MBRP, but since installing the LTs and ORY it is obnoxiously loud for a DD under normal acceleration. I'm looking at adding a Dynomax Ultrflow or VR muffler in addition or to replace the MBRP, or add a resonator. Any recommendations?

Magnaflow mufflers work well. Quieted my lightning down real quick. It was a dual in dual out fiberglass packed 28”. Big ****. It wasn’t even close to sounding stock by took the drone out and got loud when you hammered it.

I may start with adding a resonator. I love the MBRP sound (2nd system on 2 trucks), but since LTs and removing the cats it is waaaaay too loud under any throttle. If that doesn't work, I'll try a Magnaflow per your guy's suggestions.
The drone isn't bad now, nor was it before. It's just plain loud. It's volume is on par with my 86 Z28 with LTs, H pipe, and true duals into Pypes M80 mufflers dumped at the axle.
