My current cam is a 216/220 .586 .586 114 lsa. I went 13.46 on this cam.

I'm about to switch to a 224/228 .581 .589 110 lsa.
I've got lts, shift kit, tune, ect ect. My stall flashes to right at 3400 rpms.

How does everyone think this cam will perform? I want to make sure I'm making the right decision. I will eventually do heads.

 

if youre gonna do heads i would do them first then have a cam spec'ed for the whole setup.

 

I agree, at the same time I like the cam you listed. I went 12.8 in my rcsb 4x4 with a 223/226

 

my friend also has a ecsb LQ4 with heads 224/228 and also runs 12.3's n/a....

 

I just put that exact cam in my LQ4 with shaved heads. I like it. Have not gotten the full potential out of it. but it pulls real nice.

 

I have a very similar cam in my truck except im on a 114 lsa.. I think its a perfect size.. I made 364 hp and 374 tq with stock heads
