Cool need more top end

My brother has a 2001 gmc sierra ext. cab, he already has : Gen II intake, TB spacer, Borla exhaust, Jba shorty's, Transgo shift kit, corvette servo, 4:10 gear's, e-fan's, HTPP. He is doing pretty good so far he is in a 14.60 e.t. He want's to know what he can do to get a little more top end out of it ? He is running stock tire's. . . 255/70/16.

Well I'd off the TB spacer and HPP3 for a custom tune first. That will make it run real nice alone. Then for some topend, you're gonna need a cam. Even that mild Crane or Comp 212/218 will make a nice difference.

Those 4.10's aren't helping him in the top end.

trade the bitch in and get a new hemi! Those are fast. LOL
The charger or some laughing gas are a hell of a way to get top end. Isn't he due for a charger already anyway?
