Need more power for pulling, 03 5.3 silverado

in order to void the warranty because of the cam, they have to prove that the cam caused the failure. for example they cant say the installation of a cam voids the warranty on replacing a power window motor

What kinds of cams go in the 5.3? Is it all ls1 stuff?

yep all LSx gen 3 cams fit the 5.3

i wouldnt go over a 220 duration for some lowend power

Just ******* 6.0 it and get done with it. It's cheap as **** if you install it yourself. I get better gas mileage with the 6.0 too; it doesn't downshift
