No, I got the pipes on and new cats the very next morning. There is no way I would have driven around for any lenght of time open headers.

And I can't really go to ASM, I bought these headers used from another member on the site here. He had used them for a while on his truck, but had not issue with rubbing. But I have since gotten it all worked out. No more rub.
