Default Need imput, Lost torque from gutting cats?

Ok so while the truck was down getting one thing fixed I gutted my cats out since they were starting to seperate and replaced two faulty knock sensors with two out of my old 5.3. Since putting it all back together the truck didnt feel like it had the low end power that it used to have. It used to be able to light the tires from 40mph and now around 15-20mph. Tonight I went to the track and pretty much confirmed it I think, with a 75 shot, cutouts open (first time to spray) and dead hooking (which it really has never done cause it would haze the slicks past the 60) the best I could muster was a 12.92@106.5 with a 1.99 60ft. before that run I was in the mid 13's tonight before this I was at consistant 1.8-9 60ft times. It feels as if it is bogging horribly right after the launch maybe around 20ft and then picks back up. Its like it lost 75 horsepower and the nitrous is just putting it back? Do I need to get it retuned or put some cats back on it or what?

retune
also, take the gutted cats off and run some straight piping. gutted cats are far from aerodynamic.

Yup get it retuned, the gutted cats will throw off your old tune thus working against you making you slower
