What year is your truck.... I connected both of the wires back to pcm and did away the auto recirc feature in my truck which is in a nutshell when you turn the ac or heater off it automatically brings fresh air in, when i turn my ac off i want it off as in no air coming out of the vents.... Ive got a wiring diagram ill see if i can find it, but there should be a red wire goin to the stud on the fuse block the 2 goin to pcm or for that matter one to pin 42 other to relay through ac clutch wire.... The two fan connectors, and as far as i remember a ground wire and that shoukd be it....ill see if i can find my wiring diagram....

Ok..... Yeah youre missing the pigtail that connects to the pcm on one end and that "extra connector" on the other....those are where youre control wires connect to...... Cant find the wiring diagram for the fans at the monent, have to get another tomorrow or look at my truck the wires for the pcm have little tags on them, for some reason pins 42 and 33 are stuck in my head.....

OK so let see if I understood correctly, the green wire from the plug goes to pin 42 in the pcm and the blue wire goes to the relay box that is added correct? And the green wire from the added relay splice's into the green AC wire? Thanks

Yes Green wire goes to pin 42 on the C1 PCM connector which I believe has the blue cover over the pins.

Those are the trigger grounds for FAN1 and FAN2, they go to the PCM. You should have gotten the connector that plugs into that, would have been easier.

Green wire goes to pin42, Blue wire to pin33

Have the PCM tuned to use both grounds

Are they on same connector or one on each, seem to remember 42 goin to c1 and 33 on c2, or vice versa....
