Exclamation need help here asap with my swap!!!!!!!!!

i need some help guys....

im doing my 4.3l to 6.0l swap in my 2004 silvy rcsb...i got my 4.3l out and tranny also! when i looked at the mounts on the frame it looks like the passenger side will mount rite up no problem.....but on the drivers side it will not .

the drivers side has the bolts going up at a 45 degree angle....on the frame the holes are straight across horizontal.

thats what i got from the dealer.....5.3l mounts....i think the 4.3l frames are different....the part that is on the frame where the two bolts pass through are wider than the 5.3 or 6.0l mounts....th passenger side is fine...

i put the stock 4.3l motor mount on and it looks like it will line up! the passenger side needs the 5.3l v8 mounts though!

they are not all the same !! trust me. 99-06 has many different frame mount sets! All the sets i have were pulled by me out of 1500 2wd trucks from various years. Even got a set out of a early 04 and they were not the same as his 04. Try the frame mounts from a 2wd 1500 2006 silverado with a 5.3. And yes it does matter if its 2wd or 4wd.
