Default Need Help Getting the Stock Harmonic Balancer/Pulley off

The crank bolt is already loose. Is there a puller I can rent from AutoZone or do I have to buy a special tool? Which one do I need.

I was under the impression the Chrylser version only worked on the underdrive pulley. It works on the stock one too?
