Default Need help choosing cam for 408

forged 408 weisco pistons 10.5:1 comp, patriot stage II's, headers, no cats, 3000 stall.

Will be driven daily, but I want lope and 500+ hp. Am I asking too much?

What are ideal specs?

Going in the CC? What intake are you using? I ahd very good luck with my old 237/242 112 in a heavy truck. Your best bet is to talk to a custom cam grinder, there is alot more to cams then just values at .5 lift. Also it wouldnt hurt to talk to Allen he has tuned tons of trucks with the setup you are going with.
