Default Need help on cam choice!

Ok, i want to order a cam i just dont kno how big i want to go and i was going to go ahead and do new springs, push rods, rocker arms so please feel free to give me ur opinion! Heres my specs.

02 gmc sierra 5.3. Custom tune, headers, cut cats, flowmaster, tb spacer, k&n kai, e-fans, 60 degree stat, port polished tb, shift kit, corvette servos, 410 gears w/ tru trac, and granetelli maf sensor is FOR SALE!!

daily driver, intended use, what kind of powerband are you looking for, are you going to tow anything, do you want it to lope or have a smooth sleeperish idle, do you have plans on a higher stalling torque converter? all things needed to be answered before looking for a cam.

Its a daily driver for now. I plan on putting a stall later on down the line when i quit driving it as much, i dont tow anything and id like it to lope hard i love the sound!! I have 410's so i am ok off the line, i just want it set up for the 1/4 mile pretty much street racing.

I looked on youtube and found these but idk if it would be a good idea for a dd or factory heads?

TR220-112lsa and 3000 stall, there aren't many combos better than that one for a 5.3

Does it lope hard like the vids i posted or is it quiet? (the tr220-112lsa) I have no clue about cams obviously. I just want it to sound great and do good in the 1/4

X3 on the TR220 with 112lsa. It'll lope pretty good around 650-700rpm idle, I had one in my ext cab in my sig just decided to go bigger with the stall I have. If you search TR220 you'll find idle clips.
