dont the in dash dvd players have to be tapped into the parking brake so they will only come on when the parking brake is applied, you know to keep people from causing an accident because they were watching a movie instead of driving?

 

yes, I do believe so, but it coming unhooked at the brake has nothing to do with his stereo in the dash.
