Are you having to do this to get the cover off? I Have a different bracket since mine holds my blower as well, but mine is bigger and all I had to do was loosen the bolts so that I could slide the cover off to get to the oil pump and cam

i havent tried to take the water pump off with that bracket on there. i just figured you had to take the bracket off in order to get to the bolts for the water pump. hopefully im wrong.

If you get under the truck and look at the back sid eof the bracket there are 2 nuts that you have to take off. Or you can look where the 2 nuts are. They are on a smaller bracket. There is 1 bolt that holds it to the side of the engine block.
