Default Need Exhaust Suggestion

Currently I am waiting on my LPP headers and ORY to get back from getting ceramic coated.

This is what I am thinking of running...

Does the set up sound decent. Looking for minimal drone on highway (20 min drive to work highway) but sounds mean when on it at WOT.
LPP - exhaust cutout - bullet or high flow cat - Corsa DB Black - dump behind axle.

I am looking to add a cam and stall next. Do I stick with the 2.5" or go 3"...what do I gain or loose, low end torque? I tow a large smoker to BBQ comp's if that pays a factor in what size pipe you all recommend.

I would like to upgrade to a Magnaflow at some point but right now I am stuck with stock tube and a welded in Corsa unless I can find one for a decent price. I am in a state the does inspections so I need some form of a cat or look like a cat to pass. If the exhaust guy has the right price I would like to replace the entire system...

Any suggestions and part # are great also for the 2007 NNBS 4.8L

Thanks

What is the part number on your cat back? Did you go with the 14" 18" or 24" muffler set-up on your cat back?

Sounds like my exhaust would be right up your alley...magnaflows are pretty cheap if you search the net, IIRC, I got mine on Amazon.com...

Here's my exhaust thread (if you skim through the whole thread I added more pics and videos as I went along, I don't have everything in the first post ): https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...s-vids-479655/

Budhayes3 thanks for the link and recommendation. From what I see I am looking for a very similar set-up.

Your welcome Yeah, it sounds like you're looking for something along the lines of what I've got
