hey there.. i recommend as a 1st option, vararam , 2nd , volant , 3rd kn. thier all good..
as michael halo said... u dont need a tb spacer, and like chevyguy7802 i recommend hp tuners cause i have that installed... exhausts.. well... im thinking, corsa or borla.. but if u just need flow remove the cats make it into a straight pipe

Welcome to the site!
As mentioned, forget about the throttle body spacer, they're good for nothing but installing nitrous nozzles into. Also scrap the programmer idea and get a custom tune, like from one of our sponsors such as BlackBear, Wheatley, or Nelson. The custom tunes are night and day compared to the handhelds, and in most cases cheaper. BlackBear offers scan cable tunes where he sends you a cable you download free software and use your laptop to log your truck, and he then tunes accordingly.
Pretty much all of the CAI's perform the same, except I've heard that the Vararam is of inferior quality. I have the Volant and am very happy with it...I used to have a K&N and it was very good also. I didn't notice any difference between the two as far as performance. A lot of guys make their own CAI's for a lot less than what the aftermarket ones cost. If you search for "home made CAI" you should find some info on that.
For exhaust, are you just looking for a cat back, or headers, cat back etc? There are a lot of cat back choices and they all do about the same thing with different sound. Most guys around here will tell you that Flowmaster is the worst, and something like Corsa is the best. If you have the bucks, you can't go wrong with a Corsa system. Magnaflow is less expensive than the Corsa, and I personally love the Magnaflow sound. Borla gets excellent reviews also. If you live in an area that sees a lot of precipitation, or snow/salt, definitely get a stainless steel system. You can also just pick a muffler and have the factory muffler removed and the new aftermarket muffler welded in it's place.
For headers, get long tubes unless you're in California and don't have a choice. I have a StainlessWorks system with long tube headers and a high flow catted y-pipe, it's excellent and I love it. Not sure if they offer anything for 09's though. ARH (American Racing Headers) is a sponsor here who also offers a header/y-pipe system that appears to be of very high quality. Dynatech is another. Then there's PaceSetter which isn't stainless but a nice design with 3" collectors, but they only offer an off road y-pipe, and I'm not sure if they offer anything for the 09's yet.
Check the sticky at the top of this section for even more info
Once you get your bolt-on's done and are jonesin' for more, it's camshaft time...then heads, maybe forced induction...
Happy modding!

do not do spacer. i recommend some longtube headers, magnaflow muffler, volant or k&n intake, underdrive pulley (if they make one for the 09's), tr55 spark plugs, and a custome dyno tune. you should see about a 30-40 rwhp increase depending on how aggressive the tune is. good luck and let us know what kind of power you make and what mods you did.

If anything goes wrong just flash the stock tune back in it and take to the dealer they will never know.
