where is everyone gapping their plugs at?

also what happens when u go bigger and when u go smaller? just curious

Mine are pregapped NGK TR55ix's. I didn't touch the gap, so I think it was .050.

I had tr55's 55 but then went to tr5's at .35. My truck was running a little ritch it looked like on the 55's so i went to 5's. I just put in the basic ones they are like 15 bucks for 8.

I just ordered the TR6-IX plugs from Thunderracing.
1 step colder than stock for forced induction (NOS) and I like the iridium plugs.

$7 ea., but I think it'll be worth it, IMO.
Regular TR6s are $2 a pop

I will run them at the gap out of the box (.035) for nitrous

I run the TR55 at the GM factory gap, not what they come out of the box as.

so low2000 is the only one that runs at .060?

TR55 @.55 here. Never had any problems. Always check the gaps before you install. I had some at 65+ and some at 40-45 out of the box.

yea i got the cheapos and checked them and gapped them at .055. i didnt feel any difference. but my dad drove it,and asked, what had i done to it? cuz it felt sluggish. now its buggin the hell out of me
