Yup, Im in the same friggin boat. How do you think i feel, ive got a converter, trans work,s/c, headers, cat back, Ramair tb mods and im pullina 14 at the track spin 'em passed the 1/8m mark. I need caltrack bars ands slick. Oxidzr( Richard) seems to swear by them so they must work with him running in the 12's. He feeds his truck with the bottle so im sure his traction sucks *** too.

Bryan what size converter did you put in?
I have the same problem with mine sometimes, my truck wants to run some days and then it just seems like a turd others. I have run from 14.60's to 15.10's on the same mods, so half the time I am scared to run people for money, because I dont know how it is going to act. I did find out though my truck will not run unless it is cold, and it pulls hard when it is.

Everyone, if traction is not a problem for me would you say N20 or converter?

Yes i live off Jana, I drive a 02 ext cab 5.3. NOS for sure, screw that converter for now.

How much did that N20 cost you? I am seriously considering it.

 

I have HPP, therostat, lt1 fans, AC Delco 42Lts plugs, and Flowmaster 2 chambers, K&N FIPK. Thats it, O-yeah some dope...lol What free mods? Is anything worth having really free?
