my truck threw a blinking ses code, what do u thinnk it is

Blinking SES light is a misfire code. Take it to the dealer with the code on. The light will stop blinking after the misfire clears up some. If it starts missing again bad, it'll start blinking for a little while again. The codes are still stored after the light stops blinking, so no worries there.
If it isn't bad gas, I would start with plugs and wires, then maybe a coil pack. I would take it to the dealer first up though and let them go through it, as it shouldn't be doing that with only 4k miles on it.
