Mine at an alt. today. I have noticed that the constant on and off cycle with the A/C has been causing a serious current draw on the charging system. Looks like this may need another look see to make this harness better.

 

I was trying to find out if there was any kind of time-delay relay that could be installed to keep both fans from turning on at the same time. Maybe trun one fan on then the other a couple seconds later, or find something that gradually ramps up the fan speed.

 

I was also thinking, since I have an 05, I wonder if the circuitry is there to just plug in the stock wiring/stuff, activate it in the PCM, and be good to go. thoughts?

 

I think it is, might be worth doing some research since I think the fans are supposed to be variable speed in OEM applications.

 

installed the 145 amp today, seems to be a little better on the draw.....

I noticed that one ONE fan is on with the A/C turns on if the temp is below where it is set to come on....does that make sense? LOL
