Default My headers hit the frame

On the passenger side. They're pacesetters by the way. Does anyone else have this problem? I know my truck was in a minor frontal accident before I got it then I got into one when I got it. Could the frame be bent enough for the headers to rub or is it a normal thing?

I dont really notice it except for when I'm in reverse then it feels like the motor torques over to the right and the steering becomes slightly shakey from the rubbing. I didn't get any kind of sensor warnings so should I be OK? Will this eventually loosen the header bolts?

the clearance is close on a "perfect" truck on the passenger side, I've seen one truck that was previously damaged that has them and his rub, as for long term, I have no idea, short term, if they hit when accelerating it may mess with the knock sensors
