Default My first truck mods, yeaaaahhhhh!

Well, with 3870 miles on the clock, I took out the manual fan and installed a set of fans from Cadillac with the DC Control 60 amp unit. Had to trim the fan shroud up a bit, but used the stock mounting holes for the unit with my new brackets and install was a breeze after that. Also installed the new 160 degree thermostat I got from Lingenfelter. Truck stays nice and cool, stays right at the second big mark up (I assume that's around 180) all day long. Great mod, and I can feel a bit more pick up off throttle.

Next, tranny mods!! Superior shift kit and servos going in! w00t!

Yeah, I'm not exactly sure what vehicle they came out of, my buddy that gave them to me said they were out of a Cadillac... Anywho, they're almost as tall as the radiator, and they're a bit wider (I had to trim the sides down, just a touch). But they work pretty damn well.

That's with A/C on or off. I don't think the truck will see normal temps again with the 160 degree thermostat that I installed at the same time.
