Hello all!

New to this scene. Interested in the e-fan conversion. Is this "Nelson" harness from the vendor on the right column? (Nelson Performance?) Is it the "best" way to go, or what other recommendations? (I would like BEST plug-n-play option if possible.)

What is a good source for the '05 e-fans that are repeatedly mentioned, and is that the way to go? What will one pay for this mod?

Thank you for the insights from the thread so far... hope I'm not intruding with these questions too!

Yes Nelson Performance. Blackbear also makes one I think.

The Blackbear harness supposedly uses higher quality relays than the Nelson kit. Several on here have had issues with blowing relays.

I ran a PCM For Less harness for about a year before the plug ends of the harness coroded and melted. I then purchased a Nelson harness and it lasted about three years before the relay sockets started melting. I have since purchased another Nelson harness and so far has worked perfect, but so did the last one until the sockets melted. If it eventually dies again, I believe I will try one of Black Bear's.

Thank you to all for the great feedback and input!

I'll be looking further into these options.

Any suggestions in sourcing of the fans and best brand/approach to take? (I would love a "plug-n-play" affair if there is one!)

either get the 05 34" radiator with the fans or use your stock radiator with some Ls1 fans
