I made some brackets on top then made little brackets on the side for where the fan shroud slides into, and it just sits in the tray on the bottom... worked good for me?! i just did mine to a switch though

 

It is WELL worth it though. I will say that everything that I hated about my efans was solved with the 2 pin harness and 05 efans. Driving in traffic pissed me off beyond belief with ls1 fans and AC activated harness. Especially at night...

 

Nice! I'm about to install Justin's harness on my 2003 Yukon Denali. Dumb question for you guys: Where/how did you attach the piece encircled in red:

 

i attached mine to the pcm cover with small nuts and bolts

 

I attached mine to the PCM cover also (I have a Nelson harness, but I believe that it's basically the same as yours), IIRC it came with self-tapping screws. You can sort of see the tops of the relays in this pic:

 

Lol thats exactly where i put my relays for my e-fans going to my switch!

 

instead of fabbing brackets, you can trim your stock fan shroud down and mount the fans inside it... thats what i did, so it uses the factory mounting location, also looks factory

 

My brackets actually screw into the factory holes where the fan shroud goes into... if i just paint the brackets black it would almost look factory with the wire loom and everything

 

Has anyone run the fans through the PCM but added a switch to command them whenever as well, say for track use?
