Default My buddy's 1/8th mile run.

60ft....2.314
ET......9.461
MPH...76.89
He has a Z06 cam, my old 5.3 ported heads, and 4.10s. We just adjusted the shift points and took everything back to stock tuning. Serious traction problems with the stock 265/70R16s. On the second pass he shifted into second and roasted the tires, I guess I drilled the spacer plate a little much.
He was mad but, I think the MPH shows some power being made. We just need some tires so he can floor it from the line.
What do ya'll think?

The stupid calc I used says that should be a 14.98.

Judging form his ugly 60' he could easily run 14.4-14.5. I am gonna guess at 94-96mph?

Well, he ran a 9.5X when it was bone stock, with no traction problems. But he picked up 6.5 MPH. It seems to me that the ported heads actually moved the powerband of the Z06 cam up.
His old truck ran a best of 9.2 with the cam and Yank 3000, with traction issues. I think a converter is really going to wake the truck up. Plus the stock manifolds, intake, and tuning are not helping either.
