Well we started on it tonight we made pretty good headway with it.
Just found out that i have to work Sunday, and the TC won't be here until about thursday, so it's going to probably be next weekend when we fire it up (hopefully!)

I hate to be nosy, but are you installing a cam??? What size convertor are you going with???..... reason I am asking, I want to do the same swap you are doing, I have a tr224 cam, I am just curious about the injectors being maxed out.... just curious as to your plans, again sorry to be nosy and threadjack....

I have a comp 222/222 112 LSA cam, i'm going to try a converter from red star performance. The injectors shouldn't be maxed out with these minor mods.
This is my DD, so my combo may seem real mild, but i think it's going to give me exactly what i was looking for.
Don't worry about asking ?'s or being nosy. i started this thread in case anyone has any ?s or is curious how my swap was going.
i'll let yall know how i like that TC when im done

i believe the stall is around 2600-2800.
the engine was actually pieced together. the block is an 02 i believe, the crank is 01+, the heads are 02, and the pistons are actually brand new LS2 ( same as LQ9).
block was $400 from ls1tech
crank was $75 from ls1tech
rods $160 (i think....its a long story) from PT.net
pistons w/ rings $130
from ebayheads (w/ lifters, vlv covers, etc...) $250 from ebay
